		<description>Like many other fast follower cases, I think Fulton had the benefit of standing on the giant&#039;s shoulders.  The R&amp;D was done, take advantage of the countless hours you didn&#039;t have to sacrifice.  I think that it is much easier for an innovator to &quot;stand on the shoulder&#039;s of a giant,&quot; (especially on a breakthrough product) thus progress more quickly in the market place, Vs. the inventor.  The inventor may be more focused on building a new giant; which can be great, but is time consuming.</description>
