CR - great comment.

You are correct. Simply being good at sales and "aggressive" is not the enough to be a successful entreprenuers. I talk about this a bit more in: http://www.infochachkie.com/nonsense-of-entitlement/

One of the most important thing for entrepreneurs to "figure out" is what they are NOT good at. Once these shortfalls are known, people should be recruited to your team who compliment your strengths and offset your weaknesses.

The primary point with the Gold Finger discussion is that it offers a physical clue into someone's risk taking and desire for "fair outcomes", both of which are a key entrepreneurial traits.

Thanks for your comment.

I think something that needs to be parsed out from this is the good entrepreneurs are not necessarily good CEOs - you might be a great, aggressive salesmen, but this doesn't mean you have the ability to build something people will buy.
